With our lives becoming busier every day, it's no wonder the "American dream" is beginning to shift (or maybe reverting back to what it once was).  More and more people are trying to get back to the way things used to be.  Backyard chickens and urban farming are becoming huge.  Did you know, the number of farmers' markets nation-wide has more than tripled in the past couple years?  Wow!

With that said, it's easy to understand the resurgence of an old design trend: faux bois (false wood).  Nature inspired pieces and woodsy accessories have been popular for a while now.  Here are a couple that I've been drooling over.
